Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, activating an account, or otherwise using 8K IPTV ("the Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use the Service.

The Service

8K IPTV provides subscription-based access to live channels, video-on-demand content, and series via M3U and Xtream Code links, streamable through compatible IPTV player applications on supported devices.

Channel counts, VOD libraries, and quality tiers (Ultra 8K, 4K, HD, SD) may vary over time as sources are added, removed, or updated by upstream providers.

Accounts & Access

Your login credentials, M3U link, and Xtream Code are personal to your subscription and should not be shared, resold, or used simultaneously on more devices than your plan allows.

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
• We may suspend accounts showing signs of sharing, reselling, or abuse.

Payments & Billing

Plans are billed as one-time payments for a fixed term (1, 3, 6, or 12 months) as listed on our pricing page. There are no automatic recurring charges — renewal requires a new order or manual confirmation with our team.

Prices are shown in USD and are subject to change for future orders; the price you paid remains valid for your current subscription term.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial streaming. You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with our servers or infrastructure.
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable local laws in your jurisdiction.

Content & Third-Party Sources

Channel and VOD content is aggregated from third-party sources. We do not host, produce, or claim ownership of the underlying broadcast content. Availability of specific channels or titles is not guaranteed and may change without notice.

Service Availability

While we target 99.9% uptime and use AntiFreeze Technology™ to minimize interruptions, occasional downtime, maintenance, or third-party source outages can occur. We are not liable for interruptions caused by your internet connection, device, or events outside our reasonable control.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, including credential sharing, reselling, abusive behavior toward support staff, or fraudulent payment activity, without a refund for the remaining subscription period.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service or legal requirements. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
